OBJECTIVES

Tantra and shamanism have always held a deep reverence for the earth. Each offers us powerful ways to explore, restore and deepen our connections with the land. In sacred space where time dissolves, nature embraces the soul and consciousness flows into place. Nothing remains separate, everything takes part in the dance of natural rhythm and form.

We are earth. Each plant, each animal, each mineral calls and resonates with every fiber of our being. Every human emotion is but a small reflection of the awesome feelings of place itself. Everything is born in the orgasm of nature - everything is held close in the rapture of the land.

WHO CAN BENEFIT ?

Those with a genuine vacation interest in health, healing, wellbeing & meditation, those on a serious spiritual path of self discovery and awareness, martial arts practioners, yoga beginners or interested practitioners - yogis and yoginis.

PLEASE NOTE

Normal levels of general health/fitness and a sincere heart are all that's required.

In general, exercises are equivalent in difficulty to gentle yoga practices and routines

This is week long residential rural vacation in Ireland combining tantra and shamanic practices. The program does not necessarily require an exactly equal number of men and women participating. Both couples and singles are very welcome.
