AUTHENTIC SEXUALITY

OBJECTIVES
By learning ways to remain receptive and passionate in sex we discover the authentic quality of our sexuality. We learn to trust ourselves sexually and open in moments of intense pleasure, we go beyond the limits of genital release and enter the expansive orgasm of cosmic union. This workshop is for singles and couples.

- intimacy games - that reveal both our truth and fear in authentic sexuality
- tantric practices - that melt away barriers to total sexual authenticity
- bioenergetic techniques - that build and sustain authentic passion
- tantric meditations - that open the heart sex connection to authenticity
WHO CAN BENEFIT ?
Those already familiar with & working with tantra, those who have previously completed 'The Ecstasy of The Heart program, experienced yoga teachers and facilitators
PLEASE NOTE
Normal levels of general health/fitness required.
This is an advanced tantra workshop so participants should have previous tantra workshop/practice experience and perhaps a long term interest in tantra
Please book as early as possible, this program will run for one weekend only during this trip and places are obviously limited.
The program calls for an equal number of men and women participating. Experienced couples, working partnerships and singles are welcome.
