OBJECTIVES
True self-awareness is founded on a genuine loving appreciation and celebration of the total self, especially the deep sensuality and true intimacy which lie at the very core of our being. Tantric techniques open the body to more sensitivity, creativity and deeper intimacy.
Designed to give participants a good basic grounding in the philosophy and techniques of tantra this program combines gentle yet powerful movement exercises, meditation and full body awareness routines which step by step lead us to greater awareness and aliveness. Our deepest intimate sense of who we are within, informs our every interaction and experience.
Join us for this important foundation workshop as Dawn introduces & explores the basics of Tantra and awakens our natural state of sexual ecstasy.
WHO CAN BENEFIT ?
Those with a genuine interest in health, healing, wellbeing & meditation, those on a serious spiritual path of self discovery and awareness, martial arts practioners, yoga beginners or interested practitioners - yogis and yoginis.
PLEASE NOTE
Normal levels of general health/fitness and a sincere heart are all that's required.
In general, exercises are equivalent in difficulty to gentle yoga practices and routines
Disrobing does not form part of this workshop. The emphasis throughout is on meditation, movement and full body awareness, exploring & experiencing powerful yet gentle basic tantra techniques in a safe and trusting space.
This is a non residential two day introduction to tantra. The program does not necessarily require an exactly equal number of men and women participating. Both couples and singles are very welcome.
